Online Career Course Refund Policy

Morpheus Wraps LLC does not provide refunds for online class purchases regardless of a reason. Further, Morpheus Wraps is not legally responsible or liable for any practices or products used that may or may not result in a positive outcome.

Note that there are ABSOLUTELY NO refunds on any partially or fully completed courses. If the student cancels having signed into the student platform, there will be NO refund.

Legal Responsibility:

It is the client’s responsibility to research the local and state laws regarding licensing and operation. Morpheus Wraps LLC is in no way responsible for legal advice regarding laws that govern city, county, state or country.

Products Refund Policy

All sales on products are final. Morpheus Wraps LLC does not accept returns unless the received item(s) are evidently damaged. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

Morpheus Wraps LLC is not responsible for the delay nor the delivery of products once a package has been dispatched from the facility. It is the customers responsibility to contact the carrier regarding disputes in delay or delivery of the package. Dispute of charges will not be accepted by Morpheus Wraps LLC  if the package is not delivered as is the responsibility of the carrier, not us.

COPYRIGHT, TRAINING MANUALS, & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Morpheus Wraps training materials, including – but not limited to – online training, self-paced or classroom training manuals, and training exercises are protected by copyright, and cannot be used by any other party without the express permission of Morpheus Design or Morpheus Wraps LLC. 

Morpheus Wraps LLC is the author of and is therefore entitled to own the copyrights and intellectual property derived therefrom training manuals, downloadable forms, books, films, lectures, online courses, curriculum, and any other copyrighted materials of any and all nature or kind and in any and all format developed by Morpheus Wraps LLC.

Any replication of course materials, forms, manuals, training courses, or any intellectual property gained from Morpheus Wraps LLC for any reason may be subjected to legal action. Should any training materials be lost during the duration of the course, Morpheus Wraps is not responsible or obligated to provide an additional training manual. Should Morpheus Wraps LLC choose to provide an additional manual, it may be subject to a fee. 

Personal information we collect
